This was the first time I’ve stayed at Tru -it has a bit more casual vibe that I didn’t expect. I started playing a game of pool on the table in the lobby and a strange asked if I wanted to play alone or have company - led to a fun game and a new acquaintance. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I prefer so I find sleep very soundly. But comfortable enough in this price range.

Thought it was brand new

We thought the hotel had only recently been built. It was in such good condition to find. It’s been there about seven years. The room was clean and comfortable. We got down to breakfast towards the end and found a few items were all out they did. Supply to us We Use this hotel Again

We had kids running up and down the halls knocking on our (and others) door and yelling till 10pm when another guest interrupted their fun. Then, at about 2am our heater kicked on and rattled soooooo loud I jumped out of bed thinking the building was collapsing or a freight train was entering our room! We shut it off but needless to say, was not a peaceful stay. Too bad, beautiful building but the noise and chaos totally ruined it.

Only one of the staff was friendly but the rest were unfriendly and said they would check on the ice cold hot tub and pool but never did. When trying to get breakfast staff keep cutting in the way to get them something to eat. It just wasn't what i was expecting from a hilton hotel.
