Good coffee, scrambled eggs were horrible and gritty (I texted the hotel via hotel.com and they vowed to fix it) had bacon (sausage some days), waffles, green apples, bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs (they have fried eggs some days) I believe on days they don't serve scrambled (they didn't have any the day I had the bad scrambled) and 2 kinds of cereal. Pool (warm at first then cold after a couple of steps) and hot tub (nice temperature) are nice. Like 12 electric vehicle charging stations. I appreciated that they had a recycle bin. They said do not turn the air conditioner below 70⁰, yeah right, we are from Alaska I was sweating when it was 61⁰ and not continuous air and on high. A text message to the hotel said they do not change sheets unless requested in order to go green, funny, they changed them after the first 3 nights but didn't after the 5th night (they came a day early because we left the do not disturb off for maintenence to spray for ants). They said they would talk to housekeeping to see if they could change them the next day, room didn't get cleaned and the sheets didn't get changed even though I reminded the front desk. The next day I caught housekeeping, asked them to change the sheets and the room got cleaned real good and sheets changed. I'm not sure if I did this survey or not but whatever survey I did I got a nice letter from the hotel manager so I hope things change.

Three day stay to recover from a long flight and transfer. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, the free continental breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and responded rapidly to a problem in our first room (moved us very quickly to another room), and a water dispenser with iced water in the foyer with freshly cooked cookies in the afternoon was a nice added touch.

Hot shower with excellent pressure. Beds were medium firm with lots of pillows. The front desk was lady Friendly and helpful with fresh baked cookies for the guests (bonus!) and A good Breakfast variety.

Every thing was great until we got To the room. Pretty dirty. The couch had greasy awful spots on it. The bathtub had hair in it. The curtains were filthy ! And falling down. The bed was comfortable and looked clean. The price was good. I guess what you pay for. I’m surprised the Ramada lets this place get so run down

Air conditioner and fan did not work, and was unrepairable, and the front desk tried to repair, but clearly wasn’t competent to do that. We weren’t offered another room and had to endure temperatures in the room that were at least 10 to 15° hotter than in the hallway. No offer of compensation or alternative room. — I’ve been a Choice Member for almost 30 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.- Kyle Usrey in Room 103
