Hotel is tired. Pillows and lamp shades need replacement. Key card to outside door worked 25% of the time. Staff didn’t seem to care. Nice shower head but tub didn’t drain. Easy access to hwy 15

I tried to cancel my reservation 6 weeks in advance and they refused to refund. They just stole the money. Never start at this property. One of the worst in Provo!

Room was nice and clean. Had a little trouble with the card Key. The free breakfast was ok the bread was a little hard . Had a selection of different things. All in all it was a good place to sleep for the night .

We always stay in this hotel when we go through Provo. It's conveniently located, dog friendly, and has a great restaurant attached.

Check in and breakfast were good.
Our initial check-in was great. The clerk offered us a better room at the same price because the stairs were difficult and they had no elevator. That was a big plus. They had a nice breakfast, too. The ice machine didn't work well and they only had one. I think some upgrade are in order. It's older and I don't think much has been done to improve it.
