Almost everything in the room was broken. The lights flickered, the outlet covers were all jagged pieces of plastic and the mini fridge interior was cracked and missing the shelves. The walls are paper thin and you could hear EVERYTHING happening in all the surrounding rooms. The traffic noise is also so loud that it was incredibly difficult to get to sleep. The Lehi location only has one baggage cart and the desk clerk did nothing to keep track of it or help track it down. I had both arms full with bags and a toddler and not a single staff member that saw us even attempted to help open the doors they could clearly see me struggling trying to open and walk through. They also charge a $30 fee for early check in. I get it if it's a few hours early, but 30 minutes early is ridiculous. The property itself was clean for the most part, but I saw a few homeless people sleeping on the grass in front of the entrance. The experience was so poor that I cut my reservation short and left after 1 night. I will never use this location again.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff at front desk was exceptionally good. The room does not have coffee maker or kettle but I enjoyed my stay.

Worst place to stay, my car would have been better
Lets see no remote for the TV, called and asked for one never called back or came to give us one, had 3 pets they put us on the second floor. Was towing a vehicle behind mine and was told there would be plenty of parking to slide my vehicles i. Without having to unhook them. We did find parking closest to the entrance to our second room door, up two flights of stairs, i have back problems not fun running up and down the stairs numerous times. Called down at the desk and asked if we could have a late checkout due to we arrived to our room at 230 am, was told ues you can, come regular checkout time i get a knock on the door, asking if we are stsying. I said we contacted the desk last night about the late checkout, lady said ok. 15 minutes later got a knock on the door and it was opening from the outside. It was rhe cleaning person, knocked 2 times and entered my room before i got to the door.soon after that a man came and said that we needed to vacate the room now

On my reservation it said Nate on my ID at business annual anybody with a brain knows that that is short for Nathaniel the guy at the front desk gave me a number to call to fix it I called multiple times and every time they gave me a different number again to try to talk to someone else and it was to a sex hotline so I never got to even get into the room

Very nice for a Motel 6, the area is commercial, that was okay, clean because recently built, side doors are not propped open and that helps security. Bad part is that there were dogs everywhere. There was a small trail of urine right by the elevator, also looked like poop or mud from dog’s feet, urine dried up over a day, poop or mud stayed for the two days I was there.

Wouldn't dare step into the bathtub. There were no towels and the place just felt dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was respectful and immediately got me a fresh set of towels. His service was the best part of this place.

There was so many problems with this Motel 6. Mold, rust and fire alarm was hanging by a wire. The advertisement says it is in Thanksgiving Point but it is 10 miles away from Thanksgiving Point. It is a dirty place and it should be torn down.
