Next.

There was human and animal hair and even crumbs in the sheets. When we asked for clean sheets the front desk said housekeeping was already gone and they must not have brushed the sheets enough. They admitted the bedding is not washed after each use. The towels are extremely small and their were bugs in the room. The walls are dirty and there is rust in the bathroom. Overall, I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

When we checked in our room was super hot. AC not working properly. They desk attendant gave us a fan for the night. The room was not cleaned properly. The restroom didn’t have towels and the sink faucet didn’t work properly. Overall the rooms need maintenance and cleaning done .

The AC in our room didn't work. When we called the front desk we were told to turn it down below 50 degrees, something that wasn't possible..after an hour and no success they did change our room. The second room they gave us has issues with the door and we had to very forcibly slam it for it to close.

The staff seemed friendly. We had a quick check- in. Our room was cold and we were thankful the AC was working! There was a dog down the hall that barked almost non stop. The clerk said they couldn't get in touch with the guest, so they let the dog continue to bark. I probably would have called animal control... Our room seemed surface clean. But, there was hair on the towels and bedding. The beds were not rock hard, so that was good! The window was old and didn't shut completely which made the noise from the freeway was quite loud. We ended up finishing our conference early and decided not to stay another night, even though we had already paid for it. The location of this hotel was convenient to the freeway and shopping, but we won't be staying here again.

The front desk clerk was not helpful. The request I had for a first floor room was completely ignored and I ended up having to lug my huge kennel and two large dogs up three flights of stairs. I will not be staying there again.

Nice Hotel, not one I usually visit. My usual was booked and this hotel was nice. It was quite, I was left alone, except one time a cleaning lady knocked on the door asking about garbage I had, and i told her I was taking it all to the bins by the staircases. Aside from this it was nice to be left alone and just relax. I'll need to book another visit. Thanks

A Cheap Room but not nice.

Our room was supposed to be a "deluxe room", if that was a deluxe room then I guess the standard room might be a pup tent in the parking lot with an outhouse next to it. There were no extras like a coffee maker or an iron, hell they didn't even have the little shampoo or conditioners that most hotel provide but they did at least have hand soap. There were 2 pillows on the queen size bed and for extras I had to go back down to the front desk. Our 2 night stay only included room cleaning and fresh towels upon request instead of just doing it unless you put out a door tag saying it wasn't necessary like most hotels do. It was cheap and clean but I won't go back.

I reserved the room for 2 nights only stayed 1 night. Our AC in the room was not cold it was blowing hot Air our room temp was above 80* we had our dogs I had to request a fan an wait until 1pm for maintenance an I called around 10am it was already getting hot outside. We ended up staying w family that afternoon & night I did not bother to ask for a refund because the attendant was rude she was walking around w a bowl of food. Also out shower was broken we had to ge very careful turning it on a the exhaust fan did not work in the restroom. The manager told me the reason AC was not cold was because they had sold out the night we got there on Friday. I told him well it’s a hotell I’m sure they sell out often anyway the only thing I liked that was ok was the little dog park/ walking area
