The property was advertised as having a pool. When we arrived (even though it was 90 degrees outside) we were informed that the pool (which is outdoors) was closed for the season. I totally understand outdoor pools being closed for the season…but it was advertised that the pool was still open - and it was very warm out when we arrived. They also have a hot tub and that was closed too.

This was a good all around motel to stay at. Check in was good other than the employee at the front desk. He was efficient but had no personality at all. Just matter of fact, this is a customer service based business. So the employees need to engaging and talk with the customers in a friendly manner, not so blunt.

The room was nice. No coffee in room though. Breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal, and bread with a few choices of fruit. No eggs or other protein items. Crackle Barrel (next door) had parking for a truck trailer but not insite.
