Staff was helpful and caring but our room was not very clean. Hair in the bathroom in several places, carpet was in great need of shampooing (gross) and AC unit did not work very reliably. Would not stay here again.

It was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast too. But when we got in the room it was terribly hot and we couldn't get the air conditioner going. I called the desk for help and no one came. After about an hour and a half I called again and she suggested I unplug the unit and plug it back in. The fan finally kicked on.

I was very impressed with the front desk person who checked us in. She was working alone that night, the credit card machine was not working and so there were a few people in line waiting to get checked in. She was very pleasant and friendly.

Nice room but sound of everyone’s air conditioners sounded like an airport. Same with bathroom fan. No microwave in room. Kerig coffee maker nice touch but it malfunctioned and coffee everywhere. Front desk check in very nice. Breakfast good.
