The host at the desk was very helpful and friendly. I would suggest that the desk person tell guests that Commercial St. is one-way going away from the hotel towards the heart of town. That would help in leaving to do things.

My only negative comment is that my bathroom sink did not drain properly. The property is nice and kept clean. The location is very good, just a walk across the road to the beach and only a few minutes drive from Commercial Street's offerings. The rooms were modern in stylings and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Location directly across the street from the ocean made it worth the price. Staff were nice, bedding clean, carpet dirty. Plus the $200 extra in fees between the hotel and Expedia!!!

This is likely a good property for many families. It is relatively far away and secluded from downtown Provincetown and the typical vacation crowd there. That said, the downtown area is too far to walk comfortably—at least half an hour or so, which includes about 500 feet walking next to a highway. Most annoying, however, is the hotel's surprise "resort" fee, which is about $30 a night. You will only learn about this fee when you sign in, or if you had read the fine print of the initial agreement with Expedia.

The pool was closed (they said due to staffing), the town shuttle was not available (they suggested an uber!), the firepits were down to one, that they said was not working properly, the room was under furnished and looked like they moved some furniture out….The moral of this story - even in EARLY SHOULDER SEASON, make sure you know what you will NOT be getting from the advertised facility amenities.

Loved the room, the property and staff was amazing. Not happy to find pet fee was "per pet, per night!" Outrageous! Especially when my dogs are 9 lbs each and the charge is the same for BIG dogs. When a Senior travels alone, she is safer and happier with a pet.

The room looked like it was recently renovated, and equipped with a mini fridge. The pool is heated and has lounge chairs, tables, a little hammock area and fire pits. It is about a half an hour walk to town from the hotel but they offer free shuttle services every half an hour until 8:30 PM. There’s a small beach across the street that my pup absolutely loved.
