Perfect position in P-Town. About a 20min walk into the town. We’re pensioners so only walk slowly. P-Town is amazing, The motel is far enough away from the main town so quiet but accessible. Really enjoyed our stay

A nice stay! I had to turn off one of the power strips the first night because the fridge was too noisy, and I had to turn on the AC unit because the room was too warm, but the king size bed was really comfortable and everything was really clean. I slept well!

Fantastic place to stay in Provincetown. Away from the crowds, but still walk or bike-able, and so reasonably priced. Extra large rooms. Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well maintained. We have stayed here a number of times and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Only criticism is that breakfast is from 8am-10am. Would prefer 7am opening for us early risers.
