Party and prostitutes? NEED SECURITY
Upon arrival i had to sign saying there were only 3 of us in the room and that we would not have a party. Thought it was a little strange but did it. Place is set up like a little apartment community and was real cute. Except we were on the first floor and there was a huge party going on above us all night. The floors creak with every step and they were stomping. Especially after i asked them to please keep it down. It was well after 1am. Cops came. Said they didn't hear anything. They left. Party continued. Teenagers all over the courtyard being loud and oblivious. I finally had to switch rooms to get away. Saw another party while moving rooms with "prostitutes" coming out. It was after 4 am when the large group finally walked all the way through the courtyard, yelling, to leave. I was told by the front desk it was a public property and nothing could be done about the children partying if the police wouldn't do it. They acted afraid of them. Apparently this area is known for these things? I had my son with me and it was absolutely horrible. Completely overshadowed the fact that we had a little apartment for the weekend 1400 miles from home.

Disgusting! The floor was extremely dirty. When I first arrived, I took my shoes off, I was wearing white socks, and my socks turned brown from the floor. The kitchen floor was even worse! There were food crumbs left and it had not been moped in a while. The sofa was dirty. I felt something sticking and l pulled the cushion up only to find more food and a sticky hand. There was questionable residence that was smoking marijuana and they were up throughout the night. Spend the extra couple hundred dollars and stay somewhere with better reviews!

We eventually did not stay at this hotel. We were late arrivals and were verbally threatened by two separate groups of black guests (we are white). One group by the reservation area and a group of six by our unit. We were so scared we didn’t even go inside. We saw black females walking outside in their underwear and other groups just loitering around late at night smoking weed. I felt very unsafe and left immediately. I do not trust the online reviews. This place may look nice online but the people who live here make it a drug den. We saw many cars just driving in and out. Management was informed but I’m sure they are well aware of who is living in their units.

Convenient for an independent stay with your pet
This is a convenient place to stay if you want an independent experience where you can bring your dog and your own food. I have stayed here many times and was pleased that the front desk was able to accommodate my request to move rooms.
