My middle son and I were coming last minute to see my niece's graduation at Brown U on 5/25/25. So lovely that Omni did not required us to stay 2 nights! Especially when there was 3 graduations in Providence going on. Normally we have stayed at A Loft or at the Renaissance, but they required 2 night stay which we couldn't since we had another graduation to attend in California. Our accommodation at Omni was perfect. The view was amazing!!! Definitely will come back to stay at Omni Providence again. We have another graduate in 2026.

Let me first say we’ve stayed here before and we will again. Our king bed corner room was Huge. And its bathroom was bigger than some hotel,rooms I e stayed in. But. The sofa and easy chair are out dated and lightly stained with age and use more than anything else. I admit a rather minor issue compared to the Excellent service from the Valet to the front desk (Bela was terrific) to the bellman who brought up to our room a Birthday present we had forgotten in the car. And the very pleasant maid we passed in the hall checking out. All great people, and that corner room is for real.

The room was old and had a bad smell. The couch was dirty. Looks nice in the outside but inside needs renovation.

This is not an excellent hotel—it is clean and functional but nothing more. The mattress was old and sagged in the middle. The bathroom was outdated with a cracked toilet seat and an old shower/bathtub. They charge for internet unless you sign up for their rewards program. You cannot call a ride service to the hotel, you have to cross 2 streets to get the car which is not convenient when checking out and heading to the airport with luggage.

Property was very nice. Valet was awesome, kept my car right up front the entire night. My only issue was the room was warmer then i would have liked. The A/C didnt cool the room down enough. But overall a decent hotel

Basically a 3 star hotel. I overpaid but understandably so as it was Brown graduation. Hotel was run of the mill property that showed its age. Conveniently connected to the Providence Place mall which is equally underwhelming.

We were visiting during a really busy holiday weekend so prices were at a premium. Staff were great and the afternoon tea/happy hours were really nice. Self parking is more reasonably priced than all other local hotels - but it’s a bit far. The rooms are quiet and spacious but they are a little dated and could use some freshening up.

This property charges for wifi. In 2025. Probably because it’s linked to the Convention Center and mostly attracts business visitors who can’t do without connectivity, so some high-up cynic decided guests could be fleeced with impunity. Sky-high room rates. Good location. Efficient if dated bathroom. Apart from that there’s literally nothing interesting to say about this could-be-anywhere, get ‘em in get ‘em out fast corporate edifice.
