I disliked that there was no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay either $44 for valet parking or $22 for self parking, which I have never done at a hotel before- I am used to free parking. The facilities themselves were great.

The stay was nice , the staff was very helpful and answered any and all questions. The staff was professional. The place is located downtown which is good and it's right next to the mall and by the highway. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice was good. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable just needed better pillows and the ceiling would benefit from paint. It was a wonderful getaway and I recommend and would stay again.

Our Christmas get away
Noise was horrible. Examples, doors slamming all night, people in the hallway very loud, sounded like water slashing all night and noise from the outside was like being out there and waited 45 minutes for our vechile as I had to go to the valet to ask about the status and they said never received our request. Building beautiful, service was spot on, very convenient to the mall as there is a walkway, public transit is right across the street, park is also across the street and restaurant are convenient as well. Access from the highway was easy.
