Omni Providence is my favorite hotel ever
I love the Omni Providence. I’ve been staying there once or twice a year for 10 years straight. They know customer service. Rooms are comfortable, restaurants are very good, access to the city is easy from the Omni. Indoor direct access to the Providence Place Mall, the convention center and the hockey arena. LOVE love the Omni. Btw sign up for the select rewards. I got comped 3 drinks, and faster in room internet! So worth it

Everything was very well kept and organized. Very comfortable, especially because of the many amenities and comforts of the hotel. Parking was very easy and there is so much to do near the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the Providence area

Attended conference, very convienent. Large hotel with two towers, be prepared for some stairs or waiting for elevators. They do not own parking garage and cannot assist with anything finamcially around garage. I was told parking would be $20 as long as i didnt take it out of garage during my stay. They failed to say that was $20 a day, amd they dont owe it.
