The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The pool was the only thing that seemed to be dirty. We were the first ones in the pool in the am and there was a bandaid and a huge ball of hair at the bottom of the pool. There was also hair all around on the floor.

My flight was canceled from Myrtle Beach and I had to call and say I obviously couldn't make it. Clerk was rude and she displayed zero humanity. I was driving in traffic and didn't catch her name but it was Thursday, March 13 around 3ish maybe. Wish I had spoken with Ryan for some creativity. A memory we will never forget! If you stay at a hotel staying at the suites here is the way to go! Much more room to spread out. The only frustration was the key card system. We kept getting locked out of our room because the card needed to be reset. The breakfast included wasnt that great either.

This property is OK but I won’t stay here again for two particular reasons. First, I reserved a room with a King bed which I did not receive at check in. Second, a parking fee to park at this hotel is absurd. It’s not Providence where parking is a premium and they valet your car. A parking fee for a hotel in the middle of an industrial park is a rip off.

Accommodation was just ok, beds comfortable. Room clean but somewhat dated. Hallways were dirty. Breakfast setup was a mess - dining room not clean, staff couldn’t keep things moving efficiently - missing forks, napkins, juice, food stuff emptied, etc.

Great option overall, I really enjoyed the hot tub! The TV wasn’t a smart TV so accessing Netflix/Youtube etc. was not available. However, the front desk did mention that they were in the process of installing the new smart TVs.

Staff was pleasant. Hot tub was luke warm, and jets did not work properly. No hot water in my room! When you're naked, waiting for a hot shower, it really is inconvenient. Took a warmish shower, not happily. Breakfast was ok. Nothing was hot. Guests above me were running around all night. Will not be returning.

Service desk staff at night was nice along with gentleman who took care of breakfast. Pool area was very dirty. Food,dirt, ants crawling all over floor and clumps of hair inside pool and on floor. Was still like this if not worse when I took the kids to swim in the morning. I let front staff know and she said “they had a party in there last night not much we can do” I would think it is cleaned over night? Apparently not. I will not be returning.

Very nice staff

Very nice staff. Big room and nice clean area. Unfortunately the fire place didn’t work, nor did the tv in the main room. We aren’t complainers so we worked around it. Nice big lobby. No complaints.
