Had to change rooms 2x!!! 😡 first room smelt like someone just lit a blunt in there 2nd room had a leak from the ceiling If I wasn’t so tired I would demand a refund! Still may. The door doesn’t lock, rented a room with a pull out sofa, didn’t get it, tv doesn’t work, and the room stunk from not having the ac on (hotter then heck when we walked in) The hall ways stink The front desk clerk nice but always on his phone When I asked about a light switch, I was told “none of those work anywhere on property, only the lamps work” Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

The cleanliness of the room was poor. There were holes in the wall in a few places. The tub did not drain well. I appreciated the young woman that checked me in. She was helpful and kind.

The area around the hotel feels very safe and was quiet. The room sizes are very nice and generous. The bathroom needs a total overhaul. It took all my strength to get the shower started as the knob wouldn’t turn at first, the lighting above the sink was 98% rust as where the door hinges. There was raw (unpainted) spackling repairs on the ceiling and the gouged bathroom door gave an over all really shabby feeling.

Counter person TJ, was very rude after my daughter asked for sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and told her they didn’t have any extra right after he gave 2 other customers sheets and blankets. Mind you our room was booked for 3 guest so those sheets and comforter should have been provided anyways. The smoke alarm went off a couple times and not sure why because we don’t smoke and the sleeper couch was absolutely horrible. I slept on the floor because the springs were poking through
