Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. My issues were parking and breakfast. they didn’t say that you had to pay for parking which was $15/night and they had muffins, bagels and coffee for breakfast. If you needed anything else, you had to pay for it. As a guest at the hotel, paying for parking was not appropriate. I would definitely find another hotel for my next trip to Providence

My stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly. Considering the hotel cost, charging continental breakfast and picking separately wasn’t my expectation. Overall, it was very satisfying.

While the facility was clean, and I was delighted that I could check in early, I was disappointed with the shower, I could not figure out how to turn it on, so I had to leave without a shower that I was really looking forward to. That bathroom was identified as accessible for those of us who are older, there was no way to turn on the water that I could determine, called for help, but they were unable to explain to me how to do it.

Overall it was a decent hotel. Parking is a pain and had to pay even though the hotel is located in a quiet area. Room is SMALL. Barely any space to walk around and in between the beds and furniture. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was above average.

All in all, a decent place to stay. Negatives: You have to enter gated/paid parking area to park and check-in. Surrounded by interstate so it was a little noisy. Positives: Everything was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were exceptionally nice and comped my parking to compensate for broken coffee maker.
