The hotel was run down, the toilets broken, tv didn’t work - if it’s raining the rain was coming through the window and the rugs were soaked. The lobby is closed, and lastly the toilet paper was not replaced when we got to room kinda gross.

Good-Close to airport. Bad--Usual amenities missing. I had to call for toilet paper, tissues, soap at bathroom sink. Door lock broken on assigned room, so it took 90 minutes to get us into the room, No other staff than Front Desk clerk in hotel, so he/she can't leave to assist an ill guest.

I was very unsatisfied, I booked this room just for my daughter to be able to swim & it was impossible to swim. It was literally 60 degrees in the pool room, & the pool was about 45 degrees. When we questioned the front desk they did absolutely nothing about it.

Would’ve liked to have seen a digital clock in the room, so I wouldn’t have to grab my phone (& eyeglasses) to see what time it was when I woke up in the middle of the night. Toilet seemed low, but it was clean & worked well.

Manager at this hotel was very rude and was not accommodating for any of the issues that were going on. Also pool was ice cold and they had the ac running so it was even colder when you got out of the hot tub that only had one jet working

Winter…. Not the best stay!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times last summer and it was better. This time being winter, the day we arrived it had snowed and the parking appeared to be plowed, side walks weren’t so much. Lot of icy patches and no salt or other remedy for those situations. The heat in the room was very sporadic. It was either very warm or it was blowing cold air. The stay was just 2 nights, but not the best.
