Upon arrival requested a room away from the elevator.
Fastforward took elevator to the floor and room was next to elevator. In the morning the shower water was luke warm.
Musty rotted moldy smell in the room, bed and pillows, unwelcoming staff from 1st moment I entered till the end of the week I stayed there. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
The only thing was you they had speakers on the outside of the hotel and they’re played music all night and I could hear it from my room . It wasn’t to bad
Best thing was the customer service!!! Teiquanna at the front d ak is an absolute gem and asset to the business. She was consistently kind, friendly, smiling, laughing and professional. She really was the highlight of our stay!! Other staff were great too!
