Terrible don’t stay here.

The fact that a hotel doesn’t clean your room and it’s not listed on hotels.com is unacceptable. And blaming it on Covid. That was 5 years ago. The building outside under construction so not pretty at all. I had to make my own bed change my own sheets. Asked them to send sheets to my room 3 times, asked for pillow covers they brought me inserts. Sheets are hard pillows are terrible. Had to ask for more towels and they brought me one for 2 people. Spoke to manager at the front desk and she was so emotionless and cold and didn’t care about any customer service requests. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. So much negative

Very nice property - beautiful spaces and amenities. The staff members were all friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to help out. The only thing I wished for was complimentary coffee.
