Nice hotel with awesome location
I stay at this property whenever flying out of T.F. Green. Rooms are fairly nice, the staff while ever changing are pleasant. The lady who takes care of the people at breakfast cares about the food she puts out for us guests.The shuttle to airport takes all of 10 minutes if they catch every light.

Over priced for what was offered. Mattress was old, saggy and crooked (head of bed was lower than foot of bed ). Front counter in AM was not manned secondary to staff off premises with shuttle. Breakfast bag not ready in AM as requested for trip to airport, when obtained it consisted of a banana and a mini muffin without a drink.

I kind of regret when I got into my room. There's mold/mildew or just black filth behind the faucet on the washing basin, the wall paper peeled off in the bathroom, the smoke detector has broken surface, and the air conditioner is hard to set. It might be because they are in the middle of repairing their outside walls, but internally it's not the Best Western I knew - I stayed in Best Western in the west coast many times. Its quality did show some declination in the past years but this time it's the low point. The staff members are friendly though.
