I had to call the police on staff who yelled at me, got aggressive with his hand gestures and tried to block me from going into the elevator, after I asked him several times to stop yelling at me and to stop being aggressive. The police escorted me out and had told me they have "been to this location before. I had asked a question about my damaged and water soaked suitcase that they had taken possession of when the airport dropped it off. He became irate, and tried to throw me out, I refused and said I would leave but he blocked the elevator from me getting the rest of my things from my room. An absolute nightmare, dirty and the entrance light didn't work in my room. I would advise people to stay away from this place! Very bad service.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Great Breakfast, Shuttle

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast—there was a great variety of fresh options, and everything was delicious. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was prompt and made my travel day so much easier. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-run hotel.

Room was very dirty. Crumbs and rolled up dust under bed; bottom of shower door was completely dirty. Breakfast was very dissappointing. Coffee and muffins only. Had trouble with card reader on door. Even management had problems with it. Carpet in hallways was way out use. This hotel was not what I expected.

We had a super early flight home, so we dropped off our rental car the night before. We could have used their shuttle service, but it was still light outside and less than a 10 minute walk. We walked to the hotel and felt safe. Even though we were on the first floor, it was quiet and we got a good night's sleep. We did use the shuttle to get to the airport the next morning. We had booked it the night before and it picked us up on time. Took less than 5 minutes to get to the airport. Since it was before breakfast, they provided a complimentary sack breakfast which included a breakfast bar, banana and muffin. We would definitely stay there again.

We arrived late. 11:30 pm On 6/5. Was greeted great by wonderful staff. We thought we would sleep in a bit but was awaken to housekeeper knocking at 9. Maybe let staff know later check-ins may need a little more time in mornings
