I booked the king suite which was spacious and decorated well. Huge windows made the view even better. The cable TV didn’t work though, I was able to stream through Netflix and YouTube. My only complaint would be the valet service. It needs to be upgraded. We should be able to request our car 30 min before we come down to reduce waiting times with bags, in front of the hotel. At 8am, there should be more than one attendant to assist with getting the cars. If you worked on this, your hotel would be perfect!

My stay at the aloft hotel was phenomenal! My boyfriend & I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt special. They surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries and they also gave us 2 free drinks at their exquisite bar downstairs. John the bartender at wxyz makes amazing drinks! The room was exceptionally clean and quite pleasant. We found parking every time we came back to the hotel at all times of the day and night, and the area is clean, safe, and full of food, bars, and shopping centers. could go on for days but overall id highly recommend the aloft hotel.

I would highly recommend a room at Aloft in downtown Providence, RI. The rooms are nice and comfortable and have an interesting open bedroom/bathroom concept (the toilet has a door, of course). The hotel is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and colleges. The staff were all pleasant, as well.
