Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly front desk and check in was easy. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Bar was also great. Two cons- AC in rooms don’t go below 72 so sleeping was not comfortable. Also the day we left, housekeeping just opened the door without knocking, which I thought was very rude. It was 9am and check out was at 11am. Good thing I wasn’t naked from the shower or anything else less embarrassing. It’s customary to knock before entering. So just an fyi, keep the metal lock clasp across your door to prevent this.

The staff was very unprofessional. Didn't know how to process the payment from Expedia and she had big attitude. I tried 2 different card to charge the deposit but she was unable to do it. The hotel itself was not clean and the rooms had some sort of smell. I won’t stay at this place next time and I don’t recommend it to others. overall, it was a bad experience.
