I can't honestly answer this because I canceled in plenty of time before the window I had to cancel without getting charged just because things came up beyond my control. I have not been reimbursed and it has been over a week. I'm EXTREMELY unhappy with Expedia. To the motel I have no problem with you because I have never even stepped foot on your property.I'm so sorry for the bad reviews. To anyone reading this rating this honestly it looks like a very nice place from the pictures. None of the bad things I said were true, but I'm just very upset with Expedia and figured this would get their attention because I paid for this through them and canceled well within the window. Don't hold Expedia's bad business practices effect your decision on whether you want to stay at this nice place or not. Expedia I travel a lot and I know a lot of people and I have a lot of voice andj--o it would be your best interest to make things right with me and get on my good side.

Just a one night stay
It was decent for the price, but one issue was I called to see if I could check in an hour and a half earlier because I hadn’t slept in over 24 hrs and I was extremely exhausted. I was told my room wasn’t ready. Arrived 1 hour before check in and while face to face my room was now ready. I’ve never had that problem before. Breakfast was decent and pool looked lovely, but at 10:52am the cleaning lady knocked. We were already ready to go just grabbing stuff and making sure we had everything. Told her 1 minute and she waited to ask if we were checking out. After telling her yes she asked again and then stated she would come back. WTH?! I have never. I believe a call to the room prior to 11am checkout as a reminder is ok or knocking after checkout. Otherwise leave ppl alone. I paid until 11am so why are you bothering me. Room was clean but there was a sliding door for the bathroom and the knob to open anc close was either dirty or rusty so I never touched it. I just slid the door by pushing on the door. The fridge had no light bulb. And the lid for the ice looked dirty. One soda machine doesn’t work and one ice machine doesn’t work. You need cash for the machines as the tap to pay not debit/credit work. Minor inconveniences. Staff wasn’t pleasant nor unpleasant. Just doing their job I guess with no wow factor.

A little above basic.
Clean room, wish the room had a chair and ottoman as opposed to a desk chair. Very, very low toilet. Terrible breakfast. Got an English muffin, it was wet! Looked old too, not fresh at all. Comfortable bed, good pillows. Oatmeal was those packets.

Very quaint property. Every at the desk was very nice. We were traveling home after hurricane Milton, were exhausted, and needed a place to stay and it certainly fit the bill! Hot coffee and tea available 24 hours!
