You can here people upstairs above you. Kind of load. The room I had still had a stench of cigarettes in the carpet, I woke up coughing.

My wife and I stayed at this Quality Inn about a year ago at this same exact time. We remember it being clean, quiet, accessible, with an extremely friendly staff. None of those positives changed this visit. However, there are two reasons I gave this visit an average rating. 1) our last stay featured a breakfast of biscuits and gravy which were very very good. This was not provided this time and was a major disappointment. 2) I went to take a shower in the morning and could NOT regulate the shower regulator for hot water. No matter what position I tried it remained cold...ICE cold. The desk clerk later in the morning explained how to regulate the handle and I thought I attempted all of her instructions but still it was cold. I will admit I could have been wrong but the point is it should NOT be that difficult to get hot water regulated for a comfortable shower. If the motel would render these two issues I would give it a 5 star rating.

Decent for price

Trio was good. People friendly. Beds mostly comfortable except no comforter on bed. Was cold overnight. Found out in morning the other bed had a comforter. Asked in the morning and was told some rooms do not have them on both beds. I told them I'd been cold overnight. People need to stop stealing from hotels.

Over night stay

It was ok. Traveling from Myrtle Beach to home. Needed an overnight stay, due to weather conditions. Bathroom needed updated. We had 2 rooms, microwave and refrigerator needed wiped out in both rooms. Counter and desk needed cleaned off, both dirty and sticky. Very noisy, heard dogs barking in middle of night. Plus other random noises. It was an Ok stsy fir one night. Probably will not choose this hotel again.

Very poor, won’t be back

Bugs crawling around bathroom. Door keys didn’t work repeatedly. Breakfast room very cold and not much offered for breakfast.

The room was 100 bucks. You cannot expect much at that price. The place is old and worn, bathroom was yuck. We just need place for the night and it was cheap.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Have hot coffee and tea available after a long drive was appreciated. The room was comfortable. We likes that we were able to walk to a resrirant for dinner.

On the road and need to rest

The hotel staff is super friendly and very courteous. Checking process was easy. Room was clean, bed are comfortable. But bathroom needs a big renovation, are very old.

I travel a lot. Every week and day is a different hotel. I look for a hotel that has a fair price, TV, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, work space, good wifi and is close to gas, food, and drink. If the hotel is clean and the ice machine works, it gets at least 4 stars from me. This hotel meets all my requirements as I work away from home.
