nice hotel but need some improvements

hotel and room are clean, bed is comfortable but high, not for petits. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good cons: internet did not work despit front desk staff help, I could not get the TV to work and the phone did not work I had to go downstairs to the front desk in the middle of the night when I needed something

We booked one night stay at Princeton Hampton Inn travels from Canada to attend funeral. Due to storm we checked in very late due to snow storm. We arrived at 5 am on 4th February took five hours of sleep then had to get ready for 12 pm funeral attendance, as soon as I turned the tap on there was no hot water at all. Called the receptionist he said he has no estimate when the plumbing job will be completed, had to leave hotel and find nearby motel to take shower and get ready. Expedia was kind enough to take care of my refund, staff at Hampton didn’t had any courtesy or remorse upon disappointing situation and left the guests unhappy. There were no water bottles as a courtesy in the room so expect nothing great

The room was exceptionally nice. Everything was nicely put together. Breakfast was awesome. We did NOT have hot water at all in our shower. The only thing that would have made our stay a 5 out of 5.

What you can expect from a nice Hampton INN and well taken care of. Good size room. They clean every other day. Lobby dirty because of snow season.
