Had to find staff to check in for an older gentleman and myself. No one was coming after ringing the bell. Had to go to the entrance and call for someone to yo gge front to check us in. The tub has serious rust stains

Overall the hotel is clean and modern. We have stayed here before and it was much better. This time, the room we were in had extremely hard and uncomfortable beds. The bathroom floor had a soft spot right in front of the bathtub and the tile was loose over that spot. We had no issues, but itā€™s a potential hazard for someone. I would recommend a hotel thatā€™s so nicely presented and clean should upgrade their beds and make repairs as needed and very noticeable.

Booked this one night stay as I was headed home for Christmas. The hotel was clean, quiet, and safe. Check in was slow, but the desk staff was friendly. The only negative was I planned to hit the road early, so asked about breakfast and was told it started at 6ā€“perfect. In the morning I was told breakfast wouldnā€™t be until 7 due to the holiday and when food wasnā€™t ready at 7:15 I decided to eat on the road.

The HEAT cut on and off every 4-6 minutes- no matter what the setting. We had it cut down to 61 degrees and it still keep running!!!!!! Timed it all night long The bed was hard. Between the heat cutting off an on and the hard bed- it was not a good travel due to lack of sleep and back pain. We have stayed at this location several times before. Never had this experience!!! The breakfast was good!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only negative I noticed was that the mattresses in our room could use replacing. They were horrible but not as comfortable as Iā€™m used to at CI&S. Breakfast was good as well.
