When i did the booking i looked to the room pictures and when i get in my room it was different, bathroom old, dirty, damaged.

Was a great place. Only complaint is that room had no windows/doors to outside and no A/C. Only a broken old fan that kept falling over. Room was SO hot even tho it was winter.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!! The hotel was almost empty and we were put into a little hole of a room that had so many things wrong! The continental breakfast was a JOKE!! Front desk wasn’t interested when we checked out and complained.

Pleasant customer service during check in, limited parking in the designated parking lot. Pools were all closed, and hot tub wasn’t working. Room was clean, and fresh. Nicely stocked, and spacious.

Could do better

The staff were unpersonable, no smiles, the pool was not available for the entire week we were there with nothing saying ahead of time, the breakfast was all sugary food, the pancake maker didnt even work until the last day we were there due to them not having the batter for it, not even peanut butter to go with toast or any protein product, the stairs someone fell down and the guy didnt even go to check my mom went and told him he better go check on her cause she fell hard.
