It was OK.

It was ok. The bathroom was so crowded that it was almost unusable. ☹️ The rooms were also not sound proofed, so I could hear people upstairs going in and out all night. The bedside lamp did not work. On the plus side, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If I had known about the lower rate for medical stays, I would NOT have booked with hotels.com.

Great location! It was pretty clean! The pool and steam room were in great condition. The bed was one of the comfiest I ever slept in! I was surprised how quiet the area was, considering its a pretty major road way.

Needs updating

Had the kitchen suite. The kitchen had the utensils etc., but paper towel roll was only down to a few sheets. The room and furnishing are dated and requires and update.

Suite had musty smell - after a few showers found carpet outside bathroom was soaked - there is a leak somewhere - dishwasher didn't work - no room service after 2 days - no garbage removal, no coffee etc refill, no new towels, no beds made up, it had obviously not been vacuumed - the top of the desk and dressers were thick with dust that the kids could write in - Granddaughter left a message on one "Please dust Me"!

Loved our first ever stay at the Sandman, only thing that would’ve been better was if the remotes in our room actually controlled the televisions, and if the bathroom towels were a bit bigger. Overall it was quiet, convenient, and efficient for our stay.
