Check in was not good. She kept helping others while checking us in so it took close to 20 minutes. Then she charged us $20 because we were there at 3 PM instead of 4 PM. Worst check in experience ever.

this hotel was nice and downtown, clean had a nice pool and hot tub but i wouldn’t go there again just because of the parking, it was across the street on the fourth floor and the parking garage was crowded and did not have much room and it was harder to park in as well the way it’s set up there’s not much room between cars , after i squeezed into a spot cranky as i couldn’t open the doors very well to get things out of the car, afterwards i was told parking was allowed on the road even though signs stated 3 hours max but i had to be gone by 9 am, which i had been told that from the beginning as the parking garage was ridiculous
