I really loved my stay! Great value. The lobby featured self serve coffee all day long, and the mock tails & macaroons were a nice touch in the evenings. My room was roomy and comfortable. Great bed. Updated furnishings and tiles, plus a generous bar fridge and microwave to heat up meals. Room service from the restaurant featured very good food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Toiletries were used, one beds blanket was dirty and ripped and sperm on the chair arm in the corner. Our neighbours were banging around till 4am people running up and down the hallway and the hotels phones apparently don’t work at night. Hotel staff said nothing they can do as it was booked with Expedia.

A female manager was very rude to me when I arrived. She was speaking to a worker, whispering as if they were gossiping and made me wait. They looked over at me and didn’t greet me. It was awkward as hell. She wasnt kind when I was trying to check in and really created a toxic environment for the customer. It didn’t feel welcoming. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
