Dirty as hell. I was told because I have a dog i couldn't get a good clean room. There was hair in the bed and stained bed sheets

The woman we walked up to to check in was extremely rude. So we backed up and went to a different person. And he got us checked in. Be aware that they charge a $39 resort fee and there isnt a resort. It gets 2 stars because the beds were comfortable but I will never stay here again and would not recomment it to anyone

Front desk person seemed “under the weather” so handling keys and paperwork made me use my hand sanitizer. Room had no refrigerator, we were put on the 3rd floor and ice machine not working. She said she was going to give us a great room. However, the room was by the elevator. My idea of a great room is one that is not by the elevator or the ice machine. Room was terrible. Blood on pillowcases. Dirty socks left on floor . Bathroom dirty. Clearly not vacuumed. Complained at front desk and they moved us across hall. Not much better. Complained again when we checked out and lady at desk just laughed at me. Wow. Do NOT stay here

The fact that the property is pet friendly is great. The rooms are very run down and are in need of updating. The shower was very slippery. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, just the check in person. She was friendly, but you can tell she did not want to be there. They should make a designated area outside for the dogs since people did not pick up their dog poop. This would make it cleaner and easier for the employees.
