The overall feel of this hotel had a mortuary vibe. It was uncomfortable and dark. The incidentals fee they charged at the desk was more than the room rate per night and they have yet to return that to our account.

Decent one night stay while traveling but wouldn't want to stay here long term. Mattress was hard, furnishings are worn. We had a lower level and there was lots of noise upstairs so request a top level room.

Pleasantly surprised

We did not have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised with the great upkeep and care put into the hotel, and the huge and nice swimming pool that is open 24 hours as we were told. Highly recommend!

Disappointing visit, we were there for a funeral. It's against Greenwell's policy to give a late checkout for a funeral,30 measley minutes. We had no place to stay when we checked out. Very disappointing. My sister in a separate room has to go and buy a coffee maker...
