If not for the plumbing tub not draining while showering ,it would have been a much better experience,the tub was also not level causing slipping and almost falling ,I had family in rooms that didn’t have this issue ,we stayed 1night for a funeral ,I’m happy I didn’t have to stay longer

We always love the breakfast at Holiday Inn Suites. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, smells nice, and bed is very comfortable. The window covers are great at blocking the light from the well lit parking lot. We recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we are in the area.

I have traveled all across the country for my job. This stay as far as staff and customer service is beyond excellent! I would recommend an update as far as property. The entire staff from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast absolutely excellent!!!!

Room was clean and employees where helpful. Two issues, elevator broke so hag to haul luggage down the stairs and our last morning the. Breakfast was not served until after 7am due to the employee oversleeping. I would have thought they would have someone else that could at least get out the items that didn’t need to be cooked

At first it was a bit confusing getting into the parking lot. Then after check in we find out the elevator is broken. We carried our luggage up 4 flights. The next morning the cook was a no show so there were no hot items. On the positive, the staff was very friendly and tried their best to deal with all the mishaps.
