Hotel room could use some updating. The rug was worn, the mattress was so old it had a dip in the middle and was very comfortable, there was paint chipping in the bathroom. The room was, however, large and clean. Service was wonderful and the hotel looked gorgeous for Christmas.

Such a lovely place to stay if you are visiting Prescott! Especially during the holiday, the lobby has all the christmassy vibes! Book if you are looking for mountain air views from your balcony. Thank you to all the staff making our stay one we will remember, see you next time!

We had a really nice breakfast in the dining area with excellent service the two servers we had Aspen and Angela both are assets to the facility. We greatly recommend having dine there. Not what we expected..
The room we stayed in was not clean. It had hair still on the floor of the bathroom. The were missing pictures on the wall and the sofa was coming apart. The beds were so old that you sunk to the ground.. Not worth the price.. Best Western is nicer..
