Classic Older hotel in a good location downtown Prescott - safe and walkable to shopping, restaurants & bars. Very friendly and helpful staff - some rooms are smaller but clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this unique property! When a hotel is on the National Registry, some grace is required. The lobby area is beautiful and historic, as are the public areas and the sleeping rooms. Parking is limited and we were caught with a full lot at times, especially when there were functions on property. LOVED the live music in the lounge - what a bonus! Rooms are small but well appointed - bathroom was tiny. Some shower tile replacement was needed. The suite upgrade was more than worthwhile. Wifi was spotty, therefore frustrating. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, as was the location - SO convenient to downtown Prescott. Appreciated the wine selections. Front desk team was awesome - disappointed that the coffee/cocktail window in the lobby was hit and miss in terms of staffing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will look forward to returning.

Beautiful historic hotel in old town Prescott. Not only was the room nice, the property featured daily happy hours with music and a terrific restaurant. The location provided the ability to walk to everything, yet it was just at the edge of the busy courthouse square affording some privacy and quite. We'll be staying here again!

I gave a three star rating because I found the bed smaller then a queen (advertised as queen) wasn’t very comfortable, the hair dryer wasn’t working and had to have it replaced (took a few hours to he replaced) and lastly the restaurant wasn’t open at 7am as advertised (chef was late coming to work)!!! We were leaving that morning and needed breakfast but that we didn’t get!!! Overall, like the hotel except for a few hurdles this time.

A block from Whiskey Road, good parking, easy walking around the downtown core. Great rooms, staff were top-notch, good coffee in the lobby...we'll hit the restaurant next trip. Great hotel...don't hesitate to book a room here!
