Ideally Located

This hotel is ideally located, literally in the center of it all. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended!

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, very roomy, clean and nice. Location was great, just next to the market square. It was my birthday during the stay, and they gave me a bottle of sparking wine and chocolate! Was definitely not expected, but very appreciated and thoughtful! Highly recommend if you looking to stay at a good place in the city, always the restaurant was great and had good breakfast! If you driving can it be a bit tricky as most streets are o way but you can ask for parkering in the reception!

Great location, right in the center of Prague's Old Town, walking distance to everywhere. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room could have been cleaner (especially the floors, plus we found some hairs on the bed). Really noisy at night until 2/3 in the morning due to the pub on the ground floor and people talking loudly on the street.

Absolutely awful (and I don’t have high standards)

The hotel is old, dirty and the photos on the advert are misleading. I booked a deluxe double room and the room I was given was like like student accommodation from 1994. It wasn’t even clean, there were holes in the carpet, stains that looked like blood up the wall, used tissues on the windowsill. Hotels.com advised me to book elsewhere and now the hotel are refusing a refund meaning I’ve paid twice. Do not stay here.

Convenient and clean

Old charm in perhaps the best location in all of Prague. The room was clean and tidy...although my queen sized bed had two twin-sized sheets on it as opposed to one big sheet. That was a little annoying. It was weird walking through a restaurant to get to my floor and there was literally no security to prevent any random drunk person from walking up the stairs. It didn't bother me too much but I understand how it would be a huge problem to some people. I didn't have an issue with the noise and I stayed on the third floor. I'd recommend requesting that area if you are noise-sensitive. Check in and out was very easy.

Really old building. No elevators/lifts to go up to the third floor. Heating was really bad - a very old radiator that wouldn't heat up the room. There are other better options by Adrez that you could choose.

Great with one small problem.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located and breakfast was great. The room was well equipped except for one thing- no low table and only one comfortable chair in a huge room. We did ask if they could provide another chair and maybe a small table as per room photos but they didn’t have any. So I would recommend the hotel but in my case spending any time in the room wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been.
