The property was nice, walkable, and the staff were friendly. One feedback I would recommend is to have more wall plugs near the beds. We had to deposit some money to get an extension cord to charge our devices near the beds; the deposit is refundable.

Business man on a trip. Walked in in pants and tee shirt and treated as a vagrant. The next morning on checkout I was in a suit and tie and was treated as royalty. Staff was rude and hotel was o repriced. Use your door card for power just like a 20 dollar motel. This hotel is a motel six pretending to be more.

During our second visit to Prague within a span of fourteen days, we stayed at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, but since it faced the street, it was quite noisy throughout the night. The breakfast was decent, though we felt the hotel primarily catered to large tourist groups, making it less welcoming for independent travelers. Additionally, we were not fond of the location, as it lacked vibrancy.

I had mentioned when I booked the room that my husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and when we arrived we had swans made of towels on the bed, a bottle of red wine and chocolate covered almonds. We were touched.

Enough for 1 night

Check is from 3pm and check out is at 11am Upon arrival check in was easy had to pay tourism tax not and issue was pre warned on the website now the room wr booked 2 rooms so we were on the 1st floor and the rooms were next to each other but u open the door with the card reader which is a brown round thing on the wall it took us awhile to work out where it was we opened the door and then went through like a corridor and then ours rooms were right in front of us the rooms r dated compared to the modern bathroom!!! We tried to work the air con but it didn’t work so we opened the window the room was small but bed was a good size and comfy and the pillows were comfy as well the bathroom was a good size and shower was great constant hot water they have a hair dryer in the bathroom but didn’t use it at night there is so much noise as the window was open but it was stuffy in the room there is a safe in the wardrobe and tea/coffee facilities with decent size mug!!! Breakfast was served from 6.30-11am and although good selection the hot food was stone cold before u got bck to ur table the tea/coffee mugs were so small shame not the same size in the room breakfast area too small needs to be bigger staff weren’t exactly friendly and a bit rude in the restaurant and like to take ur dirty plates away literally just as u fin The hotel location was great 2-5 min walk and ur literally in the new town short walk and u get to the old town square!!! Plenty of restaurants to eat out

Great for young families

We had a really great stay as a family here. It was our first time abroad as a family and we were nervous about how well our little one would manage, but we thought this hotel was perfect for our needs. The room and bathroom were really spacious, bed was nice and large, the travel cot was good, and it was generally pretty quiet. Breakfast was lovely - really nice selection, high chairs available, and open until 11am. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and most had very good English. We also thought the location was excellent - close enough to the centre that everything is very accessible, but on a side street that wasn’t too loud or busy. Would definitely recommend, whether travelling with kids or not.
