I had a great room, cleaned every day The breakfast was good and the staff kind and caring,the hotel is located very close to the metro and bus stations, supermarket and restaurants are near and the shopping mall is a short waking distance or a metro station away. I recommend staying here

This is our 3rd time in a year we have stayed at Hotel Don Giovanni and once again it didn't disappoint us . We always get a VIP room with executive lounge access which gives access to rooftop. I felt our room this time seemed quite tired and needing some TLC, lacked some of the luxury touches we have came to love. Saying all that we would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Great Hotel

This hotel is great!! We stayed in a junior suite, and had access to the absolutely wonderful Executive Lounge. Location is good, about 5 stops on the metro from the centre. If we had 1 negative, it would be the hot buffet at breakfast was not that hot.

Room was supposed to have king size bed but had two single beds that were moving in the night leaving a gap .Room was supposed to have city view but had cemetery view instead.Room was suppose to be sound proof but can hear everything from next room

The hotel reception is impressive with staff happy to help when you arrive. We booked a suite so that we had plenty of space in which we could relax. The room was very dimly lit and the furniture somewhat uncomfortable. The tv in the bedroom wouldn’t turn on, the plug in the sink didn’t work, the shower head holder wasn’t holding !! And the room just needed a refurb. The breakfast is good and the buffet dinner is a good option for people not looking to venture out in the evening. The bar area is very nice should you wish for a coffee or a drink with friends or business associates. Overall, this is a conference/business hotel which has a grandiose feel as you walk in but for us it was disappointing when you reached the room. Though I will say, staff were attentive and fixed most but not all of our problems in quick time. Its location is perfect for transport services into the centre of Prague with tram, bus and metro stops not 1 minute from the hotels doors.
