All was good with the hotel.The breakfast was good but, the”American Coffee” could have been sewer water, disgusting. Starbucks is American Coffee, so please change the name or change the coffee. Get a machine like all other hotels I stayed in(25) in Eastern Europe.

This hotel has a high rating and is extremely charming but to be honest is really more like a strong three star hotel with regards to amenities and the quality of the interior. Having said that they have the absolute best staff I have seen in quite some time and I travel quite quite quite quite quite frequently internationally and stay at five and six star hotels the front desk staff is equal to all of those period specifically Nicole and Giovanni were some of the most amazing encounters I have had at a hotel in my life period this trip alone we started in Prague at another five star hotel flew to crack out Poland to enjoy Christmas then flew to Budapest and then back to Prague and I will openly tell you that this hotel based on its location and staff are absolutely worth visiting

We had a corner deluxe room which was amazing. The hotel while small has an excellent restaurant that also is the breakfast area. The food itself was great athe location is perfect.

Second time staying at this hotel A very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located close to everything there are two malls across the street from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions near by as well. The hotel is very clean and quiet also the Italian restaurant inside it the hotel is great

Highly recommended.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Very big and clean room, tastefully designed. We lacked more variety at breakfast - there were only fatty cheeses and not enough vegetables. But the dining room is cozy and the staff is very, very nice. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend the hotel.

Overall, this was a good property. Room was good sized and clean. I loved the location, very easy access to key trams and a metro stop. The shopping and restaurants nearby were good. The only concern for me was the room was very dry which impacted sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
