GREAT LOCATION! Beds and pillows were comfortable. The lights in the stairwells need to be turned on at all times and not sensors. I understand trying to save electricity but it’s a safety hazard because the lights don’t always go on right away on the stair.

Front staff is very friendly and offers hotel services such as holding luggage for free when checking out and reminds how to enter after hours when you’re leaving in the evening. They also ask if you need directions if they see you waiting. They’re very attentive to help.

The property is located just minutes from the Charles Bridge which is super. The Trams running adjacent to the property were a bit loud and frequent. Also, the club across the street was busy all night. People came out intoxicated at all hours of the night and were very loud.

A nice, quiet hotel, very close to the Charles Bridge. The room was very spacious, although it had a city view - it was on the second floor. Good quality furniture, elegant chandeliers, not so nice sofa. Breakfast was very abundant and varied. The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and charming!

Amazing location, beautiful hotel
We loved the Charles Bridge Palace and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is unbeatable - steps from the Charles Bridge, Old Town, tram and train stops, (and the best gelato ever is only an 4 minute walk!) etc. - it couldn't have been more centrally located. The room was lovely, clean and unexpectedly huge! The staff was wonderful - I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who checked us in and provided dinner/tour recommendations, because she was genuinely amazing. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

My favorite hotel of my two week trip through Europe. Situated in a quiet alley just a block from the main area of Prague and two blocks from Charles Bridge. Everything is walkable from here. Great dining options nearby. Rooms themselves had lofts with 2 bathrooms. Bed upstairs with either a sofa or cot bed downstairs. Plenty of room. Excellent breakfast included. A great place to go if visiting Prague.

Disappointing
We upgraded to a river view suite and when we walked into the hotel we were quite impressed but when we got the keys for our room we were soon very disappointed. We were on a ground floor meaning the view wasnt great and not worth the additional spend. The bed was 2 singles put together and very hard and therefore uncomfortable. As well as this the shower was then broken which took a while to fix and even then the monsoon shower still wasnt great and we had to use the hand held one. Then we discovered a chain from the previous guests in the cups showing they had not been changed which was quite disgusting. The traffic and rail was really loud and shook the room and the curtains didnt block out the light. The location was central but we wouldnt go back due to all of the issues with the room overall very disappointing

Prague wedding pit stop
Great hotel, conveniently placed for access to the Charles Bridge and the best bits of the city and good value for the price. We stayed for 3 nights before moving on elsewhere for a family wedding. Very friendly and helpful staff with easy check in. We arrived early but our room was already available so we just dropped our luggage in our room and went off exploring. Our room was air conditioned which was a bonus as the temp was over 30. The hotel also provides a really good breakfast spread which was continuously topped up. There's no bar or restaurant but you dont need them as there's more than enough choice within seconds of leaving the hotel! All in all we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. If there was one minor gripe it was the bed, which had quite a thick plastic sheet on it under the bottom sheet. Fully understand why its there but it didnt make sleeping on it a pleasant experience so we slept on top of the duvet. Anyway, if we ever visit Prague in the future, we wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
