Great hotel, friendly staff but why parking $?
Loved the hotel, very good staff, breakfast, everything was just great. Only 1 complain that I have is why are they charging the parking fee per day? Parking was all empty and it's not like it's in the downtown area.

Becareful to verify you are getting what Expedia advertises is what you actually are going to get from the property. Also, several rooms do not have electricity in the bathrooms. They don't tell you this unless you call for maintenance. The building is old & needs to be rewired, so there is no fix for the problem, but to change rooms. They did give me some points to use for the inconvenience. Did not make a good 1st impression.

Just an okay hotel
Went on a mini vacation (aka 2 days) and got booked into a room, found a roach on the wall. They switched our rooms quickly. The bed wasn't comfortable to me but I'm a difficult sleeper so that may have been it. Also, everytime I called for towels, they never came. I also had to complain about the people above us twice. The fire alarm went off early on one of the mornings. Lastly, the shower water was pretty week (poor water preasure I guess) and the shower doors kept rolling open. Also, you have to pay $15/day for parking. Seriously...? Overall, I don't think I would book here. The staff were awesome tho, very helpful minus the towel situation. Added a picture of the road because.. yuck.

The staff were so kind and welcoming! We had a small situation with the sink and they came to fix it promptly! The room was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

Dirty room
Room was dirty upon check in, called the front desk for help, they said all other rooms were booked but they would send someone to clean, no one ever showed up to clean. Never heard back even after we checked out. Random nails found sticking out around room.
