This property is rated 9.2. Perhaps it should be 2.9 worn out mold, filth, disgusting food for the complementary breakfast. This was one of the worst hotel stays. I have made in 50 some odd years.

Front desk gave me my room number and keys- which was seemingly fine. Hopefully, when we used the key to open the door - the room was already occupied. The woman who was in the room was not very happy, neither were we. That mistake put everyone involved at risk - the woman who was already occupying the room; me who used the assigned key and room number to unlock an occupied room; and the front desk for assigning the same room to two different people.
