I stayed here with my husband for our Wedding, and I wish I could say that our stay was well spent, but that couldn't further from the truth. The man was absolutely rude at the front desk, with absolutely no compassion. I called down to request towels and blankets to be brought to my room, and he told me I had to come to the front desk to get them. When I refused, he huffed and said "fine, give me 5 minutes". When he finally came to the room, all I recieved was one extra blanket and one extra sheet, no towels. And don't get me started if you want to pay with cash, they give you a hard time, they charge your card first, to then offer a refund which takes 3-5 business days to be refunded back into your account. I will NEVER return to this establishment!

The hotel was clean. We always love to stay at a Holiday Inn hotel. We travel a lot for our children competition and It's always a safe choice for us knowing that the service is always great, the room is clean and quiet and the beds are always comfortable. BUT this time, there were kids running in the hallway and knocking on doors at 10 PM. We went down to the front desk and asked to see the manager. After explaining that our children need to have a good night sleep because they need to wake up early for a competition, he said he was going to leave a note. That's it. We understand that children needs to move but come on, have some respect for others that stay in the hotel too. For sure, we will not be staying in that hotel again next time we are in town. It's too noisy.

I’ve room and bed but the breakfast was rubbish. Also why do they have to have everything wrapped in plastic. Cutlery, cups, sugar/creamer all wrapped in plastic. Paper plates and everything is just thrown away. Terrible for the environment.

We stayed here for two nights. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. The location isn’t the greatest but it is convenient to shopping and highways. The Holiday Inn Express is just a good as any Marriott or Hilton hotel. Would definitely stay again!

This was the worst stay ive ever had. I opened the pull out couch bed and it was filthy. There was food in the sheets. I went to the front desk to inform them of this he followed me to my room to look at it and then brouhht me back to the front desk which i thought he was going to change my room but he handed me sheets to change it myself. When i went back to the room i realized there was no mattress protector, went back to the desk to get one, he said they didnt have anymore so he handed me a fitted sheet. Went back to the room opened the fitted sheet and there were stains of blood on it. Brought it back to the desk and no apology nothing. It was disgusting and so was the customer service. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times and were told they were out. I called a few times after our stay and still no call back from the manager. The hotel smelled like curry everywhere. The breakfast was disgusting.
