It was easy check in - easy parking room and bathroom clean, nice to have sliders to open for fresh air, (locks on slider door and screen worked ), beds comfortable and linens clean, Pool was a plus but no towels at pool? Front desk staff the two young men were very hospitable, the check in lady didn't seem to be happy there .

The price -v- expectations was perfect. The room was clean, water was hot, tv worked, WiFi worked. As some say, "The Bang for the Buck" was very good.

I didn't like the price,a hotel cant blame the economy on raising the price, i worked at a hotel and the overhead is doing laundry and the housekeeping staff which is mostly minimum wage and now probably illegal immigrants working,so if anything the hotels are saving money and charging more

For a - no other options available one night stay - this place is fine. The tub facet was running the whole night (we let management know) and the tub was rusty. We did not feel comfortable showering. The sliding glass door in the room to go outside did not lock (lock broken). We were so tired and had no other options - so took the risk and just went to bed. No frills, no breakfast offered. I’m not sure the last time this place was really cleaned. Pros- free easy parking and the staff was nice

the room was dirty, the towels smelled bad, dirty, the ceiling in the room was all broken, the armchair was broken, the bathtub was very dirty.

I was very unhappy with the facility. There were 4 women in their mid 60's with luggage and we were asked to go down a long hall and a flight of stairs to our Room #108. On the way to the room we discovered another door directly around the corner from our room which we could of used to enter the facility with the luggage. The reserved room was in the basement which smelled musty and old, bathroom sink leaked onto the floor and staff gave me additional towels to use to control the amount of water on the floor, the toilet seat was broken, and there was a black mold spot on the ceiling. I would not recommend this facility and will never stay there again

Management bills guests $100 security deposit upon arrival and this will be refunded once the room is checked after guest departure. I will have to wait and check that mine was refunded. I was not aware of this charge, but I can see why they charge it - the room/property has obviously been vandalized in the past. The room and beds were comfortable.

When we arrived to the property for our stay the greeting from the lady at the front desk was just rude you could tell as soon as we walked in she was already annoyed with helping check us in. Then we were told we had to put down 100$ deposit on card to cover if damage were to occur while we stayed, although this hidden fee was never told to us prior to stay. She rolled her eyes and acted so annoyed with us questioning the 100$ an how long it would take to receive money back. The hallways smelled musty and disgusting, as you walked across the floors to get to your room on the upper level the floors just felt so unsafe. Once we got to our room the inside wasn’t completely horrible and had decent space, although our slider door to a balcony had no working lock a chip was missing from the wooden frame and the wood piece there to “lock” the slider didn’t even fit in to lock the door it was easily pushed open. No hot tub as advertised and the pool was dirty and brown looking, their rules on the pool door stated if you went on the deck outside the pool you’d be banned from the pool, I guess no one was allowed on the wooden deck outside as it said it was dangerous from the sign on the pool window but no sign outside saying you couldn’t go on it so it was confusing. Another front desk person was sitting on the couch in the lobby with his shoes off as if he was relaxing. It was very weird. The water pressure was bare minimum and water had a weird funky smell, also had draining issues.

Pulled off gold top “blanket” from bed and the actual comforter had massive stains all over it. Pool was bath water warm and smelled disgusting. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Informed staff of smell of cigarettes and bedding stains. No one offered to change the room or even change the bedding etc. would not stay here again.

Poor conditions IMHO
The floor creaked, the curtains were so old they were worn away which let in the. Street light and then sun to come through. The bedding and towels were yellowed and old or poor water in laundry. Breakfast was just coffee and danish which was cut in half and wrapped in cellophane and mushed. The older woman who checked us in was not hospitable at all. Made me feel uncomfortable. Will not return.
