Minha estadia foi razoável, no banheiro não tinha nenhuma prateleira, tive que deixar na hora do banho shampoo, condicionador e creme no chão e ficar agachando toda hora pra pegar, o porta sabonete estragado também...O chuveiro não mantinha a temperatura e mesmo sem a gente mexer ele esquentava e esfriada sozinho...Não tinha nada pra colocar roupa molhada, tipo bikini e etc...

O hotel tem algumas áreas comuns bonitas mas precisa de uma boa reforma, principalmente nos quartos. Me colocaram em um quarto cheio de mofo, e com o banheiro sem condições de uso, sendo necessário solicitar a troca. Me colocaram em outro quarto onde também havia um pouco de mofo no teto e o chão achei que não estivesse limpo, mas estava manchado mesmo. No primeiro dia da limpeza achei que estaria em melhores condições, porém vi que o problema são as condições do quarto. O banheiro desse novo quarto estava até com o assento sanitário amarelado. O hotel fornece toalhas para piscina porém, no dia que tinha, a mesma estava bem velha e outro dia que pedi não tinha. Vi que alguns quartos ao lado tinham rede então perguntei sobre a disponibilidade, me informaram que estavam todas em uso. Fiquei imaginando se essas coisas acontecem em relativamente baixa temporada, quanto mais na alta. O café da manhã é satisfatório. Acredito que o hotel não deveria ser classificado como 4 e sim 3 estrelas pelos sites de reserva. Bem decepcionante.

A estadia foi muito boa. Destaque para o recepcionista GIULIANO, um excelente profissional, atencioso, educado, competente e sempre disposto a ajudar os hóspedes na estadia. O café da manhã tbm é muito bom, bem diversificado e com itens de qualidade. A limpeza dos quarto e do banheiro deixou a desejar, foi por esse motivo de não ter dado nota máxima. Obs.: 1) O hotel encontra-se em reforma e algumas unidades não estavam totalmente prontas. Inicialmente, por engano, fomos encaminhados para uma dessas acomodações, mais simples e que precisam de bastantes melhorias para atingir um nível 4 estrelas. Ficamos no triplo inferior (Dendê B), já reformado. 2) Diferente do mencionado no site de reservas Hotels.com, o hotel não possui academia. 3) O hotel oferece almoço e janta - buffet liberado - por um valor bem acessível (R$ 45,00 por pessoa), mas, como não utilizamos o serviço, não posso falar sovre a qualidade.

O atendimento do hotel é bastante ruim. Por duas vezes a chefe da governança entrou no meu quarto em um momento inoportuno. Fiquei sem papel higiênico no quarto já na primeira noite, mesmo entrando no hotel quase 17h. O toboágua machucou as costas do meu filho.
