The staff was absolutely incredible. They were very professional, very courteous and always willing to help; and with a smile. The only thing we would have liked was to have the streaming apps on the TV lol; some Netflix was missed. But really, a wonderful location. I highly, highly recommend it. And I never write reviews!

Our stay was destroyed as on departure day we discovered our electric car wasn’t charged. Despite I reminded the staff twice to do it and tipped the porter. Very nice hotel but not 5* service.

The service at this hotel is the best i have ever experienced! We had lost a bag and upon arrival the front desk assisted with its return even before we officially checked in. We had the bag within 24 hours. Every day was met with kindness, exceptional service, and smiles. Besutiful views, delicious food and drink, lovely spa, walkable distance to numerous wine tasting locations...I highly recommend a stay here

Hotel in located in a former wine warehouse and I always enjoy seeing how these old facilities are repurposed for modern us. Lovely hotel slightly away from the more touristy area nearer to the bridge. Great rooftop dining - a good place to enjoy brunch on a crisp fall day. Enjoyed good pizza from a place located right next door.

Great Porto hotel!
Very nice hotel, very accommodating. The hotel has 2 restaurants, they are both very good. The rooftop restaurant has a gorgeous view. The spa portion is nicely set up however the water wasn’t hot enough in my opinion for soaking. The beds in the rooms were hard but the room was kept tidy and clean for us. Everybody was nice and courteous. The hotel is walkable to shops and dining and everyone was nice thete as well.

We have just returned from an excellent stay. The hotel is ideally located with best view in Porto from our balcony. The staff were engaging and very helpful, even before we arrived. Food was delicious as were the cocktails and the spa was incredible. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope to return soon.

My mum & I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Rebello. The staff went above and beyond to help us and ensure our time at the hotel was unforgettable! The rooftop bar has lovely cocktails and views across the river, which is great to enjoy before heading into the centre of Porto for dinner. Whilst the area of Gaia was away from the busier pace of Ribeira on the other side of the river, it was an easy walk over to explore the local sights during the day or to choose from the array of restaurants for dinner. The river also makes for a lovely view at sunset! If I’m visiting Porto again I would be happy to stay at The Rebello, and I’m sure once again the experience would not disappoint.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful location in a historic building with unbelievable views of the Douro and Dom Luis I Bridge. Accommodating and attentive staff, exquisite amenities including salt water pool, sauna, spa, kids club, massive breakfast, rooftop restaurant, convenient parking, etc. Easily accessible to old town Porto by foot/bike/ferry/gondola lift/Uber/Bolt/taxi (not worth driving into town). We fell in love with this place (our kids didn't want to leave!). Thank you for an amazing time, Rebello!!
