Nice little hotel, easy access to most parts of Porto. Staff were helpful with recommendations. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast a little expensive compared to local dining options but standard pricing for a hotel.

Difficult to find property from street. Excellent front desk staff who kindly helped with setting up laundry service for members of my party, and helped our large party book an amazing winery tour. Only complaint was service at rooftop bar was terrible, especially when it was supposed to be Happy Hour.

Excellent stay…the staff were absolutely awesome. Renato and the entire front desk staff, incredible service. I also received a personalized handwritten note in my room welcoming me to the hotel. breakfast buffet was excellent and worth the price...accommodations were very clean and modern, although smaller room...staff was excellent...very convenient location if you make a left when you walk out the door...no real amenities, but you're not in your hotel so much, usually out walking the up and down the hills sightseeing...would recommend this property

This was a nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately we had one of the worst located rooms as there was a popular bar outside our window and the noise woke us up multiple times a night. While this is no fault of the hotel, we would’ve appreciated a heads up on the noise (as the rooms on the other side of the hotel would not have had the same noise impact).
