Great choice
Pretty céntrico and accesible. The room and the hotel are really nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful most of the time but not all of them. We alll can have bad days.

Lovely Hotel in a Great Area
This is a beautiful hotel in a truly great area of Porto. The front desk/bar staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, helped me to book my train ticket to Lisbon and offered me a complimentary welcome cocktail upon arrival which I enjoyed on the rooftop (which wasn’t technically open but I was allowed to enjoy anyway). The neighbourhood is very cool without being insanely overrun by tourists with amazing restaurants near by. The only small negative I had was the strip lighting above the window in my room was malfunctioning and flickered at all hours but it wasn’t a huge deal because I travel with a sleep mask. The disappointing part is when I told the front desk about it when I checked out, they were already aware of the issue and just failed to inform me/fix it before my stay. Otherwise, a really lovely property and place to stay in Porto.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The property is overall modern and comfortable. The room lights/power were impractical with the master switch. Also a bit dark even with all turned on. The TV/cable was also flickering. Small things that could be improved. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

The young men at this hotel make the whole stay enjoyable! It is like coming home to family. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I did not put 5 stars as the cleaning staff many times did not replenish our room with water, cups, tea or coffee. I had to leave my room and go looking. We got a clean facecloth once along with cotton tips etc. The roof top stairs should have a railing and the broken glass replaced. Special mention to Diego, Markus, Renoto and the rest.

A estrutura do hotel é linda! No entanto, fiquei no quarto 01, que, na minha avaliação, não deveria receber hóspedes em razão da sua localização e por não ter isolamento acústico. Como cheguei já tarde no hotel e só ia ficar uma noite não solicitei mudança do quarto. Mas o barulho das pessoas conversando no bar e na recepção, que só silenciou depois da meia noite, o barulho da cozinha, a partir das 5h tornou a estadia extremamente desconfortável. Aliado a isso, o espaço onde é servido o café da manhã é muito pequeno. Não havia mesas disponíveis e precisamos esperar que outros hóspedes terminassem o café para conseguirmos uma mesa. Buffet de café da manhã com poucos itens.

Great location central to all things Ribera. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great dining in all directions and easy walk to and across the river. Rooftop bar is great when weather permits. Breakfast buffet was good with multiple choices. Highly recommend!

The staff at Moon and Sun Porto are so helpful and kind. We had a few requests which they were happy to oblige, and even helped when one of us travellers fell sick and had to go to hospital. Thank you team, so grateful for your assistance during our stay. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are quiet and soundproof and comfortable. We were very impressed with the built in Bluetooth speaker. Location is good - surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants and walking distance to all the sites and cool places to hang. Thanks!

Loved our stay at the Moon and Sun! Location was great, we walked everywhere! The neighbor has lots to do and many great restaurants. The bar on the roof and welcome cocktail was awesome. But the best part was an amazing staff and great customer service. They helped us with activities, reservations, and transportation. Very friendly and helpful team. Highly recommend this hotel!
