Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is pretty close if not there is a taxi always waiting outside the hotel. Rooftop bar with pool is excellent and the indoor pool is great for a early morning swim. I highly recommend signing up for a message in the downstairs spa in the hotel best massage I have ever gotten. I got the hour stretch massage. Love that the restaurant was in the hotel and open late night.

I don't normally report bad conditions, but they charged an extra 20 Euro's claiming it was a 5 star hotel. It was not. Toilet didn't work, only one coffee in the room and mediocre room at best.

Totally disappointedly with Hotel staff and reservations. We had an issue with one my kids passport when boarding from USA to Portugal and requested the hotel to allow us to reschedule. It took few days to get a response that they wouldn't allow. Definitively not recommending this hotel.
