This is a love motel and should not be part of the Expedia experience. Dead cockroaches on the floor, people screaming, reeking of cigarettes and no sheets on the bed. I did pay for insurance and they would not give me my money back had to file a claim now with Expedia.

Recentemente me hospedei neste hotel e a experiência foi bastante positiva de forma geral. Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com boa variedade de itens, incluindo opções de pães, frutas, sucos e pratos quentes. A reposição era constante e o atendimento da equipe do restaurante também se destacou. Outro aspecto positivo foi a localização do hotel, próxima a pontos de interesse, restaurantes e meios de transporte, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos. A internet funcionou bem durante toda a estadia, permitindo trabalhar e se conectar sem dificuldades. Como sugestão de melhoria, o hotel poderia investir em pequenos detalhes, como ampliar o cardápio do restaurante no jantar ou oferecer mais opções de lazer nas áreas comuns. Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.
