Já haviamos ficado no hotel uns anos atrás e tinhamos gostado. Hoje se vê um hotel velho, sujo e com pouca manutenção. Sujeira, traças, portas de entrada do hotel ruins, chaves magnéticas funcionando mal.

Nao recomendo esse hotel

O check-in atrasou, desorganizado, muitas pessoas na sala de espera, nao possui armarios p quem chega antes no hotel, nao possui estacionamento , instalacoes antigas e precarias, as coitadas das recepcionistas levam toda a culpa pela má gestao do hotel. Nao volto lá

Terrível, ao redor do hotel é uma cracolândia! O quarto é sujo... se ficar aqui aconselho nem olhar embaixo da cama, tinham muitas traças no quarto, os lençóis rasgados e sujos. As paredes cheias de buracos. O elevador quebrou estava no 9 andar tive que descer com as malas de escada, tomei café e passei mal. Usando a escada de emergência vi coisas absurdas, nem sei como o corpo de bombeiros aprovou esse hotel operar. Enfim muitos anos atrás de ter sido bom, só realmente não sei quando, porque hoje é muito precário, nem consigo expressar o quanto. Os funcionários tentam resolver os problemas, mas fiquei com dó porque realmente é impossível.

Melhorar o atendimento da recepção URGENTE !

Razoável, péssimo atendimento da recepção, chegamos à noite, a moça da recepção se comunicando com extrema grosseria e deboche. O quarto parecia limpo, somente parecia, tinha cacos de vidro dentro do banheiro. Café da manhã bem servido e com variedades. Na ocasião, nós tínhamos nessecidade de notas fiscais no momento da compra de qualquer coisa os mesmos agindo com grosseria que iriam emitir somente no checkout, porém na saída SEM NOTA FISCAL do consumo. Enviaram somente 2 dias após a saída do hotel

Ótimo custo benefício pra quem busca boa localização por preço justo. O quarto era super amplo, mas a cama de casal era na verdade 2 de solteiro “juntadas”. Assim no meio ficava meio desconfortável. Necessário alertar que o hotel em vem em frente a rodoviária então sugiro que, pra quem busca descansar até um pouco mais tarde, peça um quarto “de fundos” pois o movimento da mesma é intenso desde muito cedo. Café da manhã com boas opções e muito gostoso. Recomendo.
