Great beds and rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Super convenient to grocery stores and the marathon (which is why we stayed there) and handy for buses downtown. Pool was outstanding with ocean view. Good value!

The Loacation is Amazing!
The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Excelente! Local perfeito, sobre o shopping Pontal, em frente ao shopping Barra! Pessoal atencioso e prestativo! Estacionamento com o carro a disposição 24h. Fator negativo, apenas o café da manhã, que já vai tornando tradição nos hotéis brasileiros, em oferecer pães velhos .

Incrível! Participei da Maratona de Porto Alegre e o hotel fica a poucos metros da largada e chegada da prova. Vista muito linda do hotel para o Guaíba. Atendentes muito atenciosos. Ponto negativo foi a área do banheiro não ser fechada por uma porta.

Hotel está em uma ótima localização, bom acesso a shoppings e restaurantes. Deixou a desejar em relação a limpeza dos quartos e em relação ao café da manhã que ofereceram para os atletas que vieram para participar da 39 maratona internacional de Porto Alegre. Tentei falar com o gerente Edvando Costa e o supervisor Eduardo Gomes e ambos não atenderam..

Para um hotel 5 estrelas, deixa muito a desejar. Lixeiras não foram limpas, precisei de camareira a noite e não tinha, tive q arrumar a propria cama. Solicitei serviço pelo telefone, disseram q iriam mandar alguém, ninguém veio. Problemas que não deveriam acontecer neste tipo de hotel.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. O quarto com vista para o Rio Guaíba é show. Cama e banho perfeitos. A única ressalva se refere ao café da manhã. Espaço acanhado para o tamanho do hotel. Foi preciso aguardar a liberação de mesa. Poderia ser mais incrementado em termos de iguarias. Alguns pães estava no fim e não foram repostos.
