Great hotel. Staff was so nice and helpful. Only ding is the pillows are thin and no fluff. But we just asked for extra and doubled up.

Room is a little sparse, no shower caps, no hair dryer, but I was able to get a hair dryer from the front desk. Our room smelled weird, like hair oil. I prefer the regular hotel rooms to this modern setup. But, we still had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good.

Value for money with one drawback
Rooms spotless and functional, staff friendly, well located for the Mall and the Airport. Only criticism is that the rooms overlooking the highway are LOUD. So much so that I checked more than once if my window was open but no, it was just very loud. My tip is to bring earplugs or request a room not facing the highway.

Room was fine. There was one older female staff member that was rude. She checked us in and acted like it was a problem. Th3n at breakfast, she cut people off while they were getting their food. Ex: turned off pancake maker while a woman was still in process. Just rude with each encounter.

The location is good; however, the room is not very clean. There were hairs on the shower wall, and the hairdryer was dirty, with visible makeup marks on it. Dust was noticeable in some areas that appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The hairdryer didn’t work, but the staff was nice enough to bring us a new one.

Really nice property. Wish they were in Rochester, NY. The floor was not clean; everything else was. Like the brand and size of the tv, beds were comfortable and the shower had a removable showerhead and good water pressure. Like the soap and etc.

Used this hotel for a family trip to Maine because it offered parking and breakfast. We spent 3 nights. The only issue was that housekeeping did not service our 2 rooms. Other than that everything else was great.
