My grandson and I stayed a my the Rose Hotel 4 nights to visit family and enjoy city activities. We love this hotel. It is a friendly place, great location near the waterfront, clean and fun. Very responsive staff. We will come back!

Hotel nice area not so much

The hotel was great. The area not so great. Got woke up by a man yelling nearby and car alarms going off. Not hotels fault but will never stay downtown Portland again

Good but had its flaws

PROS: Staff was super friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for kinder or better service. The front desk ladys & gentleman were so awesome. They are dog friendly (we do not have a dog). In great walking distance to tons of stores, food, shopping etc. They give you costers for a free drink from the lobby. One per person per stay. Our room was nice. And free pineapple themed cookies was a bonus. CONS: Although after looking around it did have lots of animal hair in the corners of the room, and in the drawers. They dont have microwaves but you can request one from the front desk. You do have to pay 25$ for parking and 25$ resort fee per night. Which adds up very fast and seams ridiculous. The stuffed dog on the bed is not free, 20$ donation. 🤔. No pool. And lots of homeless around. The parking garage next to the hotel smelled like human urin. (Not the hotels fault). Just something to be aware of. The hotel in all looked like its very old and had a quick fix makeover to put the "Stay Pineapple" logo on it. We did walk to the Moda Center for a concert. You can also take the trans which is very close to the hotel. Very convenient.

love all of your hotels. I was at the end of the hall. The shower took some time to get hot. The staff were kind and acknowledged it and said it was a known issue.
