The wifi didn’t work for half of my stay and the staff did nothing but basically tell me sorry about your luck about it not working. There were quite a few extra fees the hotel had that were not disclosed anywhere until they were already running my card and charging me (costing me a couple hundred extra). Hotel is clean but the walls are very thin between rooms so expect to hear everything your neighbor has going on

Homeless tents on sidewalk across street. Feces on sidewalk. Realize it's not hotel's fault, but...ick... No room cleaning on 2nd day of 3 day stay. Weren't told this would occur at check-in. This is a first in ANY hotel I have ever stayed in...including motels...and I am 67 years old. Housekeepers couldn't speak or understand English. Had to call 3 times for xtra hangers. Front desk staff had to bring xtra towels on Day 2. Perhaps you are having financial problems, but that seems like inefficient use of paid staff...just sayin'.

Great Hotel for Dogs!

Such a great hotel. Loved the area, the staff, and all the little extras that make staying there special. It was our first time bringing our dogs to a StayPineapple and it was the greatest experience we've had while traveling with them. They loved the treats and the dog beds! The only negative was that the restaurant was closed, but it was a short stay so it didn't affect us very much this time.

Disappointing Stay Noisy, Uncomfortable, and Hidden Fees I had a very disappointing experience at Staypineapple. The biggest issue was the noise, our floor had people partying, screaming, and blasting music until 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. I spoke with the front desk, but they did nothing to resolve it. The room itself was also uncomfortable. The beds were extremely small. more like twin beds, which made it difficult for me and my husband to sleep properly. Outside the hotel, there was a strong smell of urine, and the area felt dirty. To make matters worse, there were extra fees that were not disclosed upfront, so be sure to check carefully before booking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly. Only downside was you can hear walking around right above us, could be that room has laminate flooring and they were wearing heels. Otherwise cute hotel room!
