I checked in late and the maid were at my door at 9 then 10. My stay was for 4 days. I never saw another maid after that. Garbage stacked up and used a towel from the previous day. And went without my coffee in room. Other than that. Oh the resteruant is a joke. They are never open. As I was saying. The beds are to die for. View I believe are good. Friendly staff. Kennedy you rock! Location was good.

Great property. Okay room. Okay service. Parking is $25 a night and of you pay for parking upon check in, it doesnt guarantee a spot. Parking was oversold by at least 10 spots that i heard about while in the lobby, waiting to see what to do about parking.

Our go-to place in downtown Portland

We’ve stayed here numerous times. Staff is always super friendly and makes sure we’re happy. Tina the bartender is super nice at their cute restaurant. Afternoon snack free cookies are so good. And within a few blocks of tons of restaurants and shopping. For downtown Portland this is our go-to.

The StayPineapple was very clean and the front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. There was a nearby city tram or something, which was pretty noisy throughout the evening, but I put earplugs in and was fine. Everything was very comfortable, though!

The mattress is very comfortable and fluffy, the view from the bedroom window no so much. Large bathroom looks like remodeled, very nice. The manager and all staffing are super friendly and courteous. I am passionate about pineapple so I couldn’t be in better place🍍

Im so glad i brought my noise machine other wise i wouldnt of got a wink of sleep. The noise around the hotel is terrible. There also was no air conditioning at the time which is unfortunate because i like to sleep in a cool room and was sweating all night. The restaurant doesnt close until noon on a Saturday and was basicly told they are closing early and not taking orders at 11:20am. You also get these coupons for free drinks but no one tells you that you can only use them in the evening so our went to waste even though we are required to pay a resort fee. The thermastat on the wall is falling apaprt and the shower head was also looking like it was coming out of the wall. The bed is comfy but if you need support at night it provides none. Its a unique hotel but theres better for cheaper in Portland.Definitely will not be coming back.

This property is not in a great condition, the located gets alot of morning noise from passing traffic, boats. The beds were really uncomfortable both blankets and pillows. Would not return.
