Property was decent a bit dated. Bathrooms were fairly small. I’m gonna believe since they have laminate floors because of all the pets you can hear the room above you with any move they make but other than that it was a decent stay. I will, of course, try another pineapple stay in another city in the future.

Loved- the pineapple cookies, coffee, ribes, bicycles, hotel bar. Had a lot of fun riding the bicycles along the riverfront. Very handy location to the max rail line. Hotel bar was cozy and food was good. Staff very, very friendly! Allowed us to watch the kc chiefs game and Kc royals play off game simultaneously.

The front desk staff was very nice. they even brought me up a bottle of wine when they found out it was my birthday. i called down for more towels and they brought them up immediately as well. Great experience overall as always, and I'll def be back and have already recommended to others.

First stay at a Hotel Pineapple. I enjoyed their unique take on the hotel experience. They were successful there (pet friendly, complementary beverages, pineapple theme was heavily used without being ridiculous). There were a few homeless tents a block or two from the hotel but I experienced zero safety concerns others have mentioned.

Parking is more inside then outside, access to ice really inconvenient. We stay here a bunch and just seems not as clean and up kept as in the past years. We found shoes and other items under the bed.

Really nice room, especially for the price! We liked the placement of the hotel for us - we were able to walk around easily to what we wanted to see/do. There was always parking available and no problems there.
